Touches of God

The touches of God to all creation is continuous! Many times the focus of mankind and others is to the moments of difficulties which come and the thinking says Oh why is this happening to me Oh God? The focus to the self and the suffering overwhelms the mind and thoughts become selfish and blinded by the experience of the pains the moment brings. Even in these moments when the clouds look dark and gray the Creator God touches us to brighten the day and we are embraced with so much love. So many ways these touches come to us! The day which is beautiful and everchanging filled with the sun and sky and earth and plants and creatures and the colors of rainbows. The friends and family who surround you each day who care so much giving endless encouragement and compassion and butterfly kisses and love. Never forget that the embrace of God who gives to you strength and endurance removing all sorrow and torment is always present always providing comfort and love. When you embrace and place your focus to the touches of God the suffering disappears and happiness is achieved even during adversity.

Shine bright my friend!

Your spirit is a light which embraces the universe! Your spirit touches all that exists even if you do not know. Allow at all times good thoughts and words to hold fast to you! Shine bright my friend! You are a beautiful and perfect light in the universe.

Spirit Sings

Oh the spirit sings softly to the day! Embracing all on the way! Sing softly oh ageless one! Embrace the warmth of the sun! Through the soft green meadow walk! Hear the peaceful mountains talk! Smell the scent of flowers sweet! Dance in the breeze and meet! Oh let the spirit softly sing! Enjoy the love the day will bring!

You are Beautiful!

Look at you! You are beautiful! Your spirit is a light which shines out into the universe touching everything which crosses your path with its wonderful beauty! It matters not if your physical appearance is old or if it is young because the spirit is ageless! You are perfection! A reflection of God the Creator of all things! Allow your compassion and love to flow outwardly to all you see! Allow the love which is within your spirit to embrace the love within those you encounter and in doing this the true essence of God the Creators embrace is felt more abundantly. There is no greater joy in existence then to feel the endless embrace of God the Creator which is filled with absolute love unconditional! Namaste!

Meditation

Meditation
When one thinks of meditation many times the image which enters the mind is one similar to the image to the left. But this is not so. Many say they can not meditate because it is so hard for them to do this because they feel they will have no focus to accomplish such a things. This is not true! Everyone meditates even those who do not know it is what they do. Have you ever found yourself within a daydream visioning a place of perfection for a restful calm? Have you watched yourself with your minds eye as you visualized the way you would talk to a friend about something very important? These are small meditations to allow the spirit to touch answers which are within. It does not matter if you allow the spirit many small meditations throughout the day or several long structured meditations the effects to the spirit are the same rewards. Allow your spirit the peaceful calm which is the voice of the God which comes from the quiet listening of meditation.

We are connected

In the middle the existence of one ripples outward touching many. In the middle the existence of another ripples outward touching more. May we all be aware how we touch and affect one anothers lives in a ripple effect. Thank you Teresa for sharing this valuable wisdom with us!

Happiness!

The world is filled with smiling faces! Look around you and embrace the smiles and laughter! Wake up and embrace the day in the happiness of now! Let each moment emerge with the joy that comes without worry for what the next moment will bring you! The Creator provides all the beauty and joy of the universe be filled with the happiness of it! SMILE! LAUGH! And see others smile and laugh also!

Sorrow

What is sorrow? The teacher said it is the distress of the mind which causes the tears to flow and the heart to feel alone.

What can I do to end this sorrow this pain? The teacher said look within to the peace of the Creator and allow the spirit to heal the distress.

How is this accomplished when all feels so lost? The teacher sighed and said nothing is ever lost my child the Creator gives to us emotions so that we can learn greater compassion and love. We are never alone in this learning. Each time when the mind causes the self to feel sorrow embrace the lesson which is learned!

Allow the mind to release the gentle tears of sorrow to cleanse the body and mind so the spirit can journey closer to the love within.

You are beautiful and unique and each sorrow and each joy which is experienced molds the spirit into a greater understanding of others.

The Love of the Creator

The love of the Creator flows gently and continuously a constant song within the spirit. There is never an end to the love which flows gently embracing you. It is as powerful as a waterfall and as warm as the sunlight and as soft as a breeze touching reaching all things. Look within this song is always there. The light of love is always within you!
